How to make french fries crispy




Ingredient

  • raw potato
  • Water, for boiling
  • Versatile Flour, to taste
  • Perisa or refined salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil, to taste


How to Make french fries:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut rectangular, then wash in water about 4 to 5 times until the water looks pretty clear wash potatoes. This was done to eliminate the potato sap. Because the sap that makes potato potatoes quickly become mushy after cooking.
